Strocki Group provides capital introductions only. We are not a lender or mortgage brokerage and do not provide mortgage, legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not collect or accept borrower financial documents through this website. All underwriting, terms, and decisions are made directly between the borrower and the lender or licensed mortgage professional.

1) ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

Electronic Acceptance: When you submit a form and check the required consent boxes, you are agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2) WHO WE ARE
Strocki Group is a trade name used by 16175791 Canada Inc., a Canadian federal corporation with its head office in Ontario, Canada.

3) SCOPE OF SERVICES (INTRODUCTIONS ONLY)
Strocki Group provides capital introduction services only. We facilitate contact introductions between commercial borrowers and:
(a) lenders and financing providers (debt capital), and/or
(b) licensed mortgage brokerages or licensed mortgage professionals.

Debt-Only Definition: For the purposes of these Terms, “lenders,” “financing providers,” “capital providers,” and “capital partners” refer to debt capital providers only (including lenders and debt funds). Strocki Group does not introduce investors, solicit investment capital, or raise equity capital.

A “contact introduction” means sharing your name and contact details only, with your consent, for the purpose of connecting you to a lender or licensed mortgage professional.

Strocki Group does not:
- act as a lender
- act as a mortgage broker or mortgage brokerage
- arrange, originate, or secure financing
- negotiate financing terms
- assess borrower eligibility on behalf of a lender or brokerage
- underwrite transactions
- handle funds
- provide mortgage, legal, tax, or financial advice
- raise equity capital, introduce investors, or solicit investment capital

All underwriting, documentation requests, negotiations, approvals, and loan documentation are handled directly between the borrower and the lender or licensed mortgage professional.

4) NOT AN APPLICATION FOR CREDIT
Submitting information through this website does not constitute an application for credit and does not obligate any lender or licensed mortgage professional to respond or offer terms.

5) NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCING
Submitting information through this website does not guarantee:
- an introduction will be made
- a lender or brokerage will respond
- financing will be approved
- any specific terms

All financing decisions are made solely by the lender or licensed mortgage professional.

6) COMMERCIAL PURPOSE ONLY
This website is intended for commercial and business-purpose transactions. It is not intended for personal, family, or household consumer borrowing.

7) NO DOCUMENT UPLOADS AND NO SENSITIVE INFORMATION
This website does not accept document uploads. Do not send financial documents or attachments by email.

Do not submit personal identifiers (including SIN/SSN), date of birth, credit information, bank statements, tax returns, pay stubs, or government ID.

Strocki Group does not request, collect, or transmit borrower financial documents through this website.

8) INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You represent that any information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for updating Strocki Group if material details change.

9) CONSENT TO SHARE CONTACT DETAILS
If you request an introduction, you authorize Strocki Group to share your name and contact details only with a lender or licensed mortgage professional for the purpose of making the introduction. No borrower financial documents will be shared by Strocki Group.

10) SUBMISSIONS BY LICENSED MORTGAGE PROFESSIONALS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you submit information on behalf of a borrower, you represent that:
(a) you are authorized by the borrower to do so, and
(b) you are licensed where required in the applicable jurisdiction, and
(c) you have obtained the borrower’s consent to share the borrower’s name and contact details for the purpose of an introduction.

11) REFERRAL COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
Borrowers are not charged fees for introductions.

Where permitted by applicable law, Strocki Group may receive referral or introduction compensation from lending partners or brokerage partners for successful introductions.

If a referral fee is payable and disclosure or consent is required by applicable law, Strocki Group will provide required written disclosure before or at the time of referral and obtain required written consent prior to sharing contact details, where applicable.

12) NO AGENCY OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
Strocki Group acts solely as an independent introducer. No agency, brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, joint venture, or partnership relationship is created between Strocki Group and any user.

13) THIRD-PARTY SITES
This website may reference third-party sites. Strocki Group is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

14) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strocki Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strocki Group is not liable for any loss arising from:
- financing denials
- lender or brokerage decisions
- delays
- terms offered
- transaction failures
- business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strocki Group’s total liability for any claim relating to this website or services is limited to CAD $100.

16) INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Strocki Group harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate information.

17) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Strocki Group. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

18) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date will be updated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19) SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding use of this website.

20) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
